Lee E. Rajsich, Esq.
Mr. Rajsich has a diverse background in business law, representing companies and their stakeholders in a broad variety of disputes and transactional matters.
Before forming his own practice, Mr. Rajsich was an associate at a Boston law firm focusing on commercial litigation and business transactions, frequently serving as outside general counsel to emerging growth and mid-sized companies. This experience led him to start his own firm, where he specializes in business litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Rajsich continues to partner with clients in an outside general counsel role, while also offering services for particular project-based or litigation-specific engagements.
Mr. Rajsich earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2006, and obtained his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston in 2009. Mr. Rajsich is licensed to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts and New York, and in the federal courts of Massachusetts. He was selected for the distinction of Super Lawyers, Rising Star, in the area of Business Litigation in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. Mr. Rajsich is a member of the American Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association, where he serves as a Council Member on the Business Law Section Council.

Edward J. DelSignore, Esq.
Mr. DelSignore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a sub-concentration in Sports Psychology from Boston University, where he graduated summa cum laude for his master’s degree. He then attended Suffolk University Law School from which he earned his Juris Doctor. Before joining Rajsich & Associates, he worked as a clerk for a boutique elder law firm in the Boston area, as an NCAA compliance intern at the University of Rhode Island, and as an intern with the City of Providence City Solicitor’s Office.
Mr. DelSignore is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
An accomplished athlete, Mr. DelSignore also competes semi-professionally in volleyball and coaches collegiate men’s volleyball at Boston University in his spare time. Originally from Rhode Island, Mr. DelSignore resides in Boston with his wife.
